As a Master Black Belt you are an internal consultant, working on eye-level with senior management. Leading major programs and developing your Black Belts, you want a strong foundation in and beyond the DMAIC methods, including leadership, influencing & capability building skills. ​

PATH TO CERTIFICATION

You demonstrate your ability to deliver OpEx training, including advanced tools​
You can provide summaries of at least 10 DMAIC projects you have coached to completion
You have visibly contributed to how Lean Six Sigma is applied at your company​
You will get access to our eLearnings for self-study of contents where you see gaps​
You attend the 4.5-day Master Black Belt Training​
You have to pass the challenging exam, sorry. Honestly, this is not a walk in the park but, hey, you want to be a Master Black Belt, right?​

TRAINING & COACHING APPROACH


Our annual Master Black Belt Course consists of 40 hours training & coaching. Join a group of seasoned Lean Six Sigma experts from various companies, as we go deep into process improvement methods, opportunity identification and practice change leadership skills.​
 

 

 

RETURN ON INVEST & FEES

 

A maximum of 8 participants can take part in our Master Black Belt Training. Small group size allows us to support your individual requirements while having an inspiring networking & exchange. The individual coaching sessions serve to ensure you pass the comprehensive certification criteria and help you approach your current most challenging MBB-objectives.​
